Juliet Leydon –
Listing Specialist
Juliet is entering her fifth year as a
REALTOR with RE/MAX Heritage, LLC. A former
member of the Peg and Linda O’ team, she
branched out in 2007 to create her own team,
The Spotlight Team. Juliet has a BS in
Communications from University of Miami. Her
past life in the field of special events,
most recently as the Director of Catering at
MIT and, prior to that, as an Event Manager
at the Kennedy School of Government at
Harvard University, explains her “think big”
approach to the marketing of properties she
has listed for sale. |

Monika
Kordowska – Buyer’s Agent
Monika thoroughly educates the buyer
about the entire process of buying a new
home. An attentive listener, she guides them
through every step from learning about their
needs and wants to negotiating price and
terms, attending home inspections, following
up with financing, accompanying them to the
closing and assisting with the transition
into their new home. |

Bob “Spider”
Leydon – Assistant
Bob is responsible for our data
infrastructure including Top Producer and
MLS databases and report software to support
marketing to both the buyer and seller
audiences. He has an extensive background in
product and sales management with computer
and software service companies. Bob has a BS
from Boston College and is a long-time
resident of Melrose. |

Sarah Reiter -
Transaction Coordinator
Sarah has a B.S. in Communications and
has worked as a TC for over 4 years. She is
a Settlement Room Certified Transaction
Coordinator. Her real estate knowledge,
attention to detail, and ability to
multi-manage files enables her to ensure
smooth and timely closings for our buyers
and sellers. |

Shannon Kraft -
Marketing Specialist
With a B.S. in Business Marketing,
Shannon worked at Wells Fargo doing loans
and account maintenance. She utilizes her
marketing and administrative expertise by
providing premier marketing services to our
sellers as our Listing Marketing Specialist
(LMS). |
